OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Saffron Fine Foods Limited trading as Small Batch Artisan Edibles. Meals The Mount is the shop name only.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

PICK UP ONLY
Customers can pre-order and pay for meals and some products and pick up from our shop at 8 Cherokee Place, Mount Maunganui. Currently we do not offer courier or delivery services (but we will in the future). 

FROZEN ONLY
Currently we are only offering the meals for pre-ordering and pick-up as a frozen product. Again we will offer fresh ready-to-eat options in the future. 

IN-STORE PRODUCTS
Meals has a range of quality groceries and meal components which can only be purchased in-store. Perhaps when you pick up your pre-ordered meals. 

QUALITY
We stand by the quality of all our products. If you are not happy with your product please inform us by phone, email, Instagram messages or in person and we will address your concerns. If there is deemed to be a fault with the product you will be offered a replacement or full refund. All quality issues will be investigated fully in cooperation with suppliers. In the unlikely event that an issue is serious (for example a foreign object or food safety risk) then local authorities would be notified and product withdrawn from sale pending further investigation. 

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is treated with full confidentiality and will never be given to any third party.  

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
